Franz Andreas

Seminar Room "Franz Andreas"

A room that enables concentrated work in a small setting.

The smallest seminar room in the building is ideal for group work, teamwork in a seating circle, as well as meetings and sessions. The diamond-shaped historical wooden ceiling was restored in great detail during the general renovation and creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere.

Namesake
Franz Andreas (d. 1658) was the last Raitenauer of the Hofen line. He was considered a headstrong character and was wrongly accused of treason. When the error was cleared up, he was released from imprisonment, but died during his journey home to Schloss Hofen.
