Under the motto “6 Courses & 6 Wines”, Peter Vogler (Managing Director of Schloss Hofen) and Monika Matt-Egger (Head of Seminar and Business Hotel) at the Schloss Hofen Business and Seminar Hotel had the pleasure of inviting guests to a special culinary journey at the Renaissance castle in Lochau on Lake Constance. Numerous guests did not miss this exclusive event and accepted the invitation.
Refined gourmet menu delights guests
Together with his kitchen and service team, Chef de Cuisine Roland Schlacher from the Seminar Hotel presented a wonderfully refined gourmet menu for the occasion, which delighted everyone.

Noble wine pairing from Kamptal
The Mader Winery from Kamptal (Lower Austria) provided the perfect wine pairings. Alois Mader expertly commented on the noble wines and offered fascinating insights into the origin, character, and history of his selected top wines.
Enjoyment and encounters at Lochau Castle
As host of Schloss Hofen, Peter Vogler with his wife Irene, together with Schloss Hofen Head Chef Roland Schlacher and Monika Matt-Egger (Head of Business & Seminar Hotel), welcomed guests including Petra Dreher, Daniela Defranchesci, Marie-Luise Dür, Elisabeth and Christian Zangerl, Thomas Scharwitzl, Ute and Stefan Schwendinger, Thomas and Gerda Radauer, or Kurt Amann and Adi Rohrer in this stylish historical ambience.
Wolfram Baldauf with Brigitte Denifl, as well as Hansjörg and Christl Baldauf from Lochau, also enjoyed the extraordinary culinary experience and the welcome encounters at Lochau Castle at the table with Jakob and Martina Behmann.
